• Presentable Appearance: Must have a neat and attractive physical appearance, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Height and Physical Fitness: Minimum height of 170 cm, physically fit, and able to stand for extended periods
• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and able to provide excellent customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in Indonesia and English
• Have previous experience in hospitality or retail, is preferred
• Able to work in a team and coordinate with other staff
