Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable and robust software by developing new features, performing debugging, and optimizing applications.
- Propose and develop new products or features by monitoring industry trends.
- Write code for functional web applications accessible via both desktop and mobile browsers.
- Implement application security and data protection.
- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and system administrators to identify and build new features.
- Perform monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal application performance and functionality.
- Contribute to analysis and problem-solving for business requirements and challenges.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development.
- Previous experience in the FinTech industry or core banking development is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in developing microservices-based applications (non-monolithic).
- Proficient in backend development using PHP (Laravel/Hyperf) or Golang (other frameworks acceptable if based on microservices).
- Skilled in frontend development using React.js (minimum requirement); experience with Next.js is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, and with NoSQL databases (at least MongoDB).
- Experience working with Redis (as cache and message broker) and RabbitMQ (for event-driven architecture).
- Solid understanding and implementation experience of RESTful APIs and RPC.
- Familiar with version control systems such as Git (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (environment setup and/or management).
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing (any tools/frameworks are acceptable).
- Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (at least passive for documentation).
- Based in or willing to work onsite in BSD Tangerang.
