• Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the machining.
• Ensure all machines operate safely and efficiently.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure production targets are met.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate machine operators' performance.
• Enforce work discipline and safety culture.
• Ensure production output meets quality standards.
• Schedule and monitor regular machine maintenance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on production, efficiency, and technical issues.
• Min Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• Min 2 years of experience in machine shop
• Proficient in machining techniques: CNC-milling, turning, grinding Able to read technical drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiar with engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CNC)
• Good communication In English
