• Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate across departments for smooth project execution.
• Conduct technical analysis and resolve project issues.
• Supervise on-site execution in line with technical and safety standards.
• Prepare project progress reports and support audits.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Promote cost efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring to junior engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, or related field)
• Min 5 years of exp in project engineering, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy construction industries.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional project teams.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Project.
• Good communication in English.
