• Lead and manage the QA/QC team
• Develop and maintain QMS based on ISO 9001
• Plan and conduct internal audits; support external audits and certifications
• Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement CAPA
• Work with production, engineering, and supply chain to solve quality problems
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and industry standards
• Conduct training on quality standards and continuous improvement
• Maintain quality records, audit reports, and improvement logs
• Communicate clearly in English
• Understand quality control in fabrication, machining, painting, and welding
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in heavy industry, fabrication, or engineering-based manufacturing
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001; knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Strong knowledge of QMS, CAPA, root cause analysis, and audits
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Good understanding of fabrication, machining, painting, and welding quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
