· To coordinate and monitor standard safety procedure to be implemented well.

· To monitor, patrol and observe daily activities in process operation and ensure to eliminate any potential hazards as well as to stop the work is unsafe.

· To promote safety culture and support safety programs.

· To monitor safety performance of employees (such as unsafe act) in process operation.

· To report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and incidents.

Persyaratan Khusus

• Minimum of 5 years experiences in the related position as a field safety representative/inspector.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated reporting and presentation capabilities
• Strong leadership and a people-oriented outlook
• Understand and comprehend verbal and written instructions
