• Plan material needs based on production & orders
• Send forecasts & POS to suppliers on time
• Monitor inventory to meet company targets
• Maintain accurate material data (lead time, safety stock, etc.)
• Prevent shortages or overstock
• Support engineering changes with smooth material transition
• Coordinate with suppliers, production & internal teams
• Report material status to management
• Min Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Min. 5 years experience in material planning or supply chain
• Skilled in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Strong in Excel & data analysis
• Strong Leadership Skill
• Good in forecasting & inventory control
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Able to work with suppliers & internal teams
• Good Communication in English (spoken & written)
• This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam
