Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities :
Preparing preventive and predictive maintenance schedule for all equipment across the smelter complex including flash smelters, anode plant, refinery, sulphuric acid plant, precious metal refinery, material handling plant, central workshop in coordination with respective engineering and operations team
Supervising execution of planned preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
Preparing shutdown and overhauling plan and monitoring execution
Preparing maintenance planning based on sustainability concerns and compliance of statutory stipulations and health safety environment norms
Promoting safety awareness by partnering walk downs for behavior based observations, feedback for remedial action
Identifying energy-saving opportunities leveraging data analytics to reduce overall energy consumption and operating costs
Tracking usage and inventory levels of spares and consumables with focus on costly spares to eliminate wastage through realistic ordering towards improving profitability
Providing maintenance plans in collaborations with operating departments.
Persyaratan Khusus
Qualifications :
Graduate Engineer in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
8-10 years in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance of process plants with experience of production planning and materials management.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role overseeing maintenance teams or contractors.
Understanding of process plants
Equipment and system expertise
SAP Or ERP system hands on Experience
Experience in maintenance planning, budgeting, documentation, and contract/vendor management
Understanding of statutory compliance, environmental standards, and safety regulations
