1. Responsible for support Back Office team in Datacom, and NOC.
2. Experienced in Datacom and MPLS Network Technology (multi vendor skill: Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Force10, etc).
3. Handling Telecommunication MS Project deliverables quality for domains mentioned above.
4. Responsible for leading the team including subcontractors.
5. In charge as main Customer interface and point of escalations.
6. To ensure the operations efficiency of the team.
7. To ensure project standards are implemented and followed up with regional teams including FLM subcontractors.
8. To coordinate and manage weekly, monthly and daily status reports to customer and higher management.
9. To analyze faults and propose and implement mitigation actions
1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00
3. Fluent in English (oral and written). Excellent in Mandarin would be a plus
4. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
5. Excellent leadership and managerial skills
6. Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
7. Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
8. Experienced background in Fiber Optic and NOC for Operation, Planning, Troubleshoot, Analyzing.
9. Good technical skill, management and communications capability, can endure hard working and high delivery pressure.
10. Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.
