1. Be familiar with the Linux and Database knowledge.
2. Understand TCP/IP Protocol, datacom and hardware experience.
3. Be familiar with the patch installation and upgrade NEs.
4. Have Mandarin language knowledge is advantage.
5. Ability to review solution/MOP and interfacing with external customers.
6. Be familiar with telco maintenance processes.
1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00
3. Fluent in English (oral and written). Excellent in Mandarin would be a plus
4. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
5. Excellent leadership and managerial skills
6. Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
7. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
8. Strong networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills to build relationship with individual and organizations
9. Value added point if have internship experience at Telecom Company
