1. Be familiar with the product knowledge of wireless network NEs and be able to handle routine alarms and tasks.
2. Be familiar with the patch installation and upgrade of core NEs.
3. Be able to cooperate with other products to perform cutover and capacity expansion.
4. Understand wireless network protocols for 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G and can perform in-depth analysis and solve problems.
5. Master main parameters of wireless NEs and optimize related KPI performance.
6. Ability to review solution and MOP
7. Be familiar with all cyber security processes.
8. Complete customer and internal tasks in time.
1. Bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering (IT) or related field
2. Minimal GPA 3.2 / 4.00
3. Fluent in English (oral and written). Excellent in Mandarin would be a plus
4. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
5. Excellent leadership and managerial skills
6. Ability to work with teams and collaborate.
7. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts
8. Understand basic knowledge about Telecommunication;
9. Understand concept of datacom/TCP-IP & Familiar skill in linux or related OS
