Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Commercial bidding: Take the lead in bidding projects, develop commercial solutions, answer to commercial bids, and develop bidding documents.

• Commercial negotiation: Participate in contract negotiation, identify contract risks, and take measures to ensure contract quality based on negotiation objectives and strategies.

• SDT operation and decision-making support: Assist SDT in managing sales authorization, standardize sales decision-making operations, and provide decision-making support comments.

• Comprehensive commercial analysis: Collect and analyze commercial materials such as local commercial environment information, customer requirements information, and industry development information, and develop and optimize local commercial solutions.

• Internal control management: Manage MAE&OTC process risks under EBG CRM. process, and support rapid and healthy business growth by optimizing transaction flow policies and processes.

• Contract management: Manage the overall transaction quality of local company, analyze the transaction from the dimensions of profitability and risks, and improve the transaction quality based on top issues.

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Have related background about legal field.

2. Making a contract.

3. Meeting/ negotiate with customer.

4. Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, PPT.

5. Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.

6. Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and effectively at all levels in the organization.
