Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Support manager in organization and personnel management work, improve operation effectiveness. Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

2. Monitor the execution of the HR plan, track on-boarding and release of resources to ensure timeliness, manage personnel selection and utilization and take responsibility of HR efficiency

3. Support for talent management. Identify capability gaps and organize and drive the improvement of relevant

capabilities, including training, talent capability development plan

4. Support in organizational climate building to enhance team cohesiveness and improve team vitality

5. Take responsibilities and properly carried out personnel performance management

6. Support in HR related operation & administrative work

7. Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide expertise on HR related knowledge scope to staff and management

Persyaratan Khusus

1. Min. Bachelor Degree’s in any major

2. Minimum Has 2 years experience in HR

3. Tough, flexible, and diligent

4. Reliable, responsible and accountable

5. Have good negotiation skill and communication skill

6. Attention to detail and able to manage the data processing accurately
