- Focus on customer requirements and perception management, manage and improve customer satisfaction, present delivery value, and promote win-win cooperation between Huawei and customers.
- Organize efforts to develop project delivery strategies and solutions, and manage the implementation.
- Be responsible for the project operation in compliance with relevant corporate management regulations and regulations.
- Make decisions on and control major issues and risks of the project, and escalate issues and risks beyond the control scope of the project team and manage them in a closed-loop manner.
- Set an example, pass on the company's core values, and build a high-performing team.
Persyaratan Khusus
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in telecommunication, computer, project management, power electronics, automation, energy storage, etc.
- Min. 5 years experiences in project management in the communications industry.
- PMs of the engineering project management category in the telecommunications or engineering domain for at least five years.
- Have worked as the project manager of a large project.
- Familiar with project management and office tools such as ISDP, MS Office, and Project.
- Have the capability of delivering medium-scale or large-scale or large-scale and complex projects (level C and above).
- Be able to communicate with middle-level customer, manage customer requirements and perceptions, and manage customer satisfaction (including customer and account department).
- Have the capability of team management.
